Background & Role
As President, Ryan is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. Having been born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin, he leads the organization with Midwestern values. His broad background includes 20 years of trust experience, business and trust administration leadership, trust operations, and service on multiple nonprofit boards.
Ryan is well-known in the trust industry for having a teacher’s heart and excels at making complex ideas simple. He exemplifies integrity – doing what’s right no matter the cost – and promotes it throughout the organization. Building relationships by helping others with empathy and compassion has led to Ryan’s success with clients and their advisors throughout his career.
